Our fair, held at the EXPO XXI Centre in Warsaw, is a great opportunity to present your work to a wider audience and to establish valuable connections in the art world.
Applications are open until June 4, 2025.
If you would like to participate in our event, here’s how to apply:

Read the Regulations
The first step is to carefully read the official regulations of the Fair, available on our website. Familiarizing yourself with these rules is essential to understand what documents are required and what our selection criteria are.

Prepare the Required Materials
To apply for the Fair, you will need to submit several key materials:

Gallery portfolio (exhibition proposal) – including photos of the works you plan to exhibit at the fair and a description of how they will be presented. A guide on how to prepare your exhibition proposal is available on our website under the For Exhibitors section. There, you will also find example layouts of booths to help visualize your stand arrangement for the application.

Description of the gallery or artist – a short summary of your gallery’s activities and past exhibitions.

Register Through Our Website
Applications for the 22nd Warsaw Art Fair are accepted exclusively via the online form available on our website. In the form, you will be asked to provide your contact details and upload the required materials (e.g., images of your works). You will also select your preferred exhibition space.
Application Review
After submitting your application, our team will begin reviewing all entries. The selection is based on the quality of the submitted works and your experience in the art field. If your application is accepted, you will receive an official invitation to participate in the fair. The final decisions of the Program Board will be announced in the second half of June 2025.

Participation Fee
Participating in our fair involves a fee, which covers the rental of exhibition space, event organization, and promotion. Details regarding the costs can be found in the regulations on our website.
Preparing Your Booth
Once your application is accepted, you can begin preparing for the event. The fair is a perfect opportunity to showcase your art, so we encourage you to thoughtfully design your booth to attract the attention of visitors.
On the day of the fair, you’ll have the chance to personally present your gallery’s offer, talk with collectors and attendees. The fair is also a fantastic opportunity to establish valuable connections in the art community and sell your works.

As always, leading art publishers will be present, including: Zachęta Art Bookstore, Kurtiak & Ley, BOSZ, and Arkady.

Art, Education, and Accompanying Exhibitions

For years, the mission of the Warsaw Art Fair has been to promote art in its broadest sense. We place great emphasis on education and always prepare engaging accompanying exhibitions. In past editions, we’ve introduced a wider audience to the works of great artists such as Jacek Malczewski, Witkacy, Tadeusz Kantor, Wojciech Fangor, and Magdalena Abakanowicz.

This year’s Fair will be accompanied by three exhibitions:

  • “Forma mówi” – devoted to the work of Prof. Janusz Antoni Pastwa (patron: Galeria Sztuki Limited Edition),

  • “Artists” – showcasing sculptures by Józek Nowak,

  • “Jacek Siudziński In Memoriam” – presented by the Museum of the Mińsk Land.

Lectures, Panels & Special Guests

We have also prepared a rich program of lectures and panel discussions (free admission), not only on art but also on topics such as the role of business in supporting artistic projects. Omenaa Mensah, president of the Omenaa Art Foundation, will discuss the fusion of business and art. The Foundation is widely recognized for supporting artistic initiatives and organizing the Great Charity Art Auction.

Another highlight will be a talk on the fascinating life of Tamara de Lempicka, enriched by personal stories from her great-granddaughter, Marisa Lempicka.

We also invite you to a panel on contemporary sculpture with:

  • Prof. Janusz Antoni Pastwa,

  • Tomasz Górnicki,

  • Józek Nowak,

  • Maciej Aleksandrowicz (Director of the Centre of Polish Sculpture in Orońsko),

And a discussion on Polish poster art with:
Andrzej Pągowski, Mieczysław Wasilewski, and Ryszard Kajzer.

On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of WTS, Piotr Lengiewicz and Marek Lengiewicz, owners of D.A. Rempex and founders of the Warsaw Art Fair, will reflect on the origins of the local art market, recalling early auctions and the beginnings of WTS.

Join us in celebrating two decades of art, inspiration, and cultural exchange at the 20th Warsaw Art Fair!

Pastwa, Nowak, Siudziński – Exhibitions at the 20th Warsaw Art Fair

The anniversary edition of the Warsaw Art Fair was accompanied by three exhibitions! Works by Antoni Janusz Pastwa, Józek Nowak, and Jacek Siudziński were presented.

“Forma mówi” (patron of the exhibition: Galeria Sztuki Limited Edition) is a showcase of works by Prof. Antoni Janusz Pastwa, an outstanding artist and educator, laureate of many prestigious awards, and author of, among others, the Apollo Quadriga adorning the Grand Theatre in Warsaw. The artist creates classical sculptures in various materials, including stone and marble.
The third exhibition, “Jacek Siudziński in memoriam” (patron: Museum of the Mińsk Land), was dedicated to the memory of the prematurely deceased Jacek Siudziński, who, immediately after graduation, represented young Polish artists at the 1982 Biennale de Paris. The artist eagerly experimented, sometimes replacing canvas with wooden panels, resulting in original objects. Alongside his erotic works, he also created pieces with sacred themes (such as the Stations of the Cross in the Church of St. Anne in Ottenhöfen/Black Forest) — says Kama Zboralska, Program Director of WTS.

Exhibitors at the 19. WAF

Take a look at the gallery of photos showing the stands of exhibitors who took part in the 19th Warsaw Art Fair. This year we hosted 95 exhibitors (including galleries, antique stores, and publishing houses)!

Thank you all very much for participating in the event!

This is what the 17th WAF was like

It is nice to sometimes get back to the memories of recent editions. We invite you to a virtual 3D walk around our fair. You can look into any gallery, get closer to each work again. Unfortunately, we will not talk to the exhibitors and artists. Such things only during the next Fair. Meetings, art, atmosphere, conversations about art, interesting people.

That’s all back in October 2020.
