Application Conditions
To ensure the high artistic quality of the works presented at the Fair, the WTS Program Council conducts a selection process for all submissions.
The upcoming edition of the Warsaw Art Fair will take place from November 28–30, 2025.
Applications for the 22nd edition will be accepted from April 3 to June 5, 2025.

Download the materials
The Rules and Regulations can be downloaded from this page. The Application Form is available online via the "Apply" button on this site.

Fill out the form and select your booth size
All documents can be downloaded from the “For Exhibitors” section. The application form is available to fill out online. A mandatory attachment to your application is your exhibition proposal. The proposal should include a detailed booth arrangement, specifying the number of artworks and the method of display. A guide on how to prepare an exhibition is available on our website: www.warszawskietargisztuki.pl.

Submit the documents
Please send the completed application form, signed Rules and Regulations, and your exhibition proposal to us online, by email, or by post. Each properly submitted application will be confirmed by the organizer via return email.

Program Council deliberation
After the application deadline, the Program Council will meet to decide on the final list of exhibitors for the 22nd WTS. After June 5, 2025, the organizer cannot guarantee participation in the Fair.

Acceptance notification
Applicants will be informed of the results by email to the addresses provided in the application forms.
