Comments :




  • stall 2m2 (bays along windows) do not have installations nor walls, they are equipped with 2 chairs and a table
  • niche does not have installation, each lessee is obliged to cover costs of every arrangement after submitting the project to organiser
  • the number of stalls is limited The final localisation is allocated by the organiser depending on the availability of stalls
  • the VAT is added to the above prices.



The price includes:

  • exhibition place with installation and walls for the whole period of Fair
  • the cost of electric energy and the maintenance of cleaning on the WAF premises.
  • entry into the Fair website
  • 10 invitations to the 18th WAF
  • Electrical outlet and lightning (a lamp for 1,5m wall) on stall.
  • the equipment does not include furniture



An obligatory appendix to the form is a proposition of exposition containing: :

*the presentation shall be presented to the Programme Commission which decides on participation in the 18th WAF

  • all artists proposed by Exhibitor for the 18th WAF
  • reproduction of objects proposed by Exhibitor for the 18th WAF
  • the style and date of execution of proposed antiquated objects for the 18th WAF
  • the description of proposed exposition for the 18th WAF
  • the most important events organised by Exhibitor during the last year
  • other information confirming a high level of presented works.
